Frances Hall Harding, 93, of Stafford, went to be with the Lord on Monday, January 14, 2019. Survivors include her children, Warren Harding, Jr. (Mardy) and Carolyn Payne; grandchildren, Kim Werner, Dean Payne, and Hope Suzuki; great-grandchildren, Cody Payne, Levi Payne, Kaci Payne, Chad Werner; and Hannah Werner; great-great grandson, Wyatt Payne; brothers, Ben Hall, Robert Hall, Donnie Hall and Charles Hall; sisters, Ruth Ballard and Hilda Beach.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Harding, Sr., her grandson, Neil Payne; her son-in-law, Gary Payne; brothers, Reuben Hall, Adrian Hall, Billy Hall, John Hall and Horace Hall. Frances was an active member of Berea Baptist Church all of her life.  She enjoyed teaching children and youth.  In January 2014, she was presented with a 50 year pin for perfect Sunday School attendance.  She retired from Stafford County Food Service.  She loved her family and friends and especially enjoyed attending sports events that her grandchildren and great-grandchildren played.  A service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Berea Baptist Church.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at 12 noon.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
