My deepest sympathy goes out to you and your family. I hope you find comfort in the scripture at Acts 24:15. This is what our God Jehovah promises for us all. And we can look forward to what is written in Psalm 37:9-11 and 29.?

John and family! I am very sorry for your loss. I got to meet your dad years ago. He was very nice. You are in our prayers.

I worked with Hubert a number of years with VDOT and always found him a wonderful and professional person. A joy to be and work with. While we were not close personal friends I always admired him as a true gentleman. Although we have not seen each other in years I will miss that he is no longer with us. Please accept my sincere condolences Bob Morecock District Structure & Bridge Engineer (Retired)
