Dear Carrol and family. We have been in the middle of a move to a new home 10 minutes away and getting on the computer has been difficult. Today, I decided to catch up and to my dismay, I just read about Buddy passing on to a better life. I was so sad to read this, especially at this time of year. He was such a sweet and kind young man and I always enjoyed having conversations with him. I know how close you and Buddy were and always will be, Carrol, and it breaks my heart. Please know that you and your family are in my prayers at this difficult time. May God bless you all and hold you in the palm of His hand., Much Love, Mary Jane Bohlen

My sincere condolences to the Family, The Bible tells us of a hope for all who die. John 5:28,29. The Resurrection! You will see your love ones again! On Earth! We know this to be true for the author of the Bible, Jehovah God cannot lie. Titus 1:2. For more on this wonderful hope go to JW. Org. My hope is that this Bible Truth brings you peace and comfort as it has for me.

Carrol and family, I wanted to honor you somehow, at this difficult time, though I cannot be there with you. I am so sorry for your loss and offer you this poem (below). I wrote it this morning as I tried imagine this difficult time you face now, and I hope these words comfort you: Loving comes with heavy cost The toll is paid when someone\'s lost And takes an off ramp from the road we traveled But only when some time has passed Will your heart have some peace at last Today it seems the whole world has unraveled We all wish we could comfort you And find the way to help you through By gathering in sadness here together But passed ones passed on in the past, Can\'t pass \"away\" while memories last Your debt is paid, and love is yours forever

Dear Ones, Nothing I can say will fill the void you are feeling, at this time. I realize that. However, I would like to share the lesson that my daddy taught me long ago. He said, "As long as we keep the happy memories of our loved one alive in our heart and share them with others, they can never really leave us." Over the years, I have tested that statement many times and always found it true. I am sure you all have many happy times to remember involving Buddy. I do! Remember them, share them and smile. Your family is in my prayers for strength, peace and joy. love, carol 😉

Dear Buddy, My kindest and gentlest friend, while I grieve your loss, I know heaven has gained an angel. I will miss our talks about coins and photos, and many other things, but will have my memories to sustain me. I'm glad to have the honor of being your friend, that was a precious gift you gave me, going all the way back to our school days. I know you are safe and well in the arms of the Lord, and at ease. Rest easy Buddy, your loving friend, Leslie

Buddy remained a gentle soul, despite his many medical challenges. I will fondly remember my visits with Buddy, always at his mother's side. Many blessings to Buddy and his steadfast family who provided Buddy love, courage, and compassion throughout his life's journey.
