Louberta Marion Ortman “Memaw” 85 of Colonial Beach passed away Tuesday, February 26, 2019 in Fredericksburg. She was born February 18, 1934 in Paw Paw, West Virginia to the late Earl and Viola Hanlin.
She loved spending time with her family and spoiling the babies. Gardening, shopping, doing puzzles, and watching the Golden Girls were a few of her interests. She is survived by her granddaughter, Jennifer Riggs and Fiancé Malcom Barb; grandson, Robby Riggs of Moorefield, West Virginia; great granddaughters, Savannah and Mykayla; great grandson, Malcom Jr; brothers, Golden and Vincent Hanlin; and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband, Richard Ortman, Sr; son, Richard Ortman, Jr; daughter, Marion Riggs; and sister, Geraldine Woods.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Sunday March 3, 2019 at Storke Funeral Home Colonial Beach Chapel 131 3rd Street, Colonial Beach, Virginia 22443, where the family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
