Virginia P. Dodd, 95, of Columbia, MD formerly of King George, VA passed away Friday, January 25, 2019. She was a member of Potomac Baptist Church in King George.
Virginia is survived by her son; William A. Dodd, Jr., five grandchildren; Steven G. Dodd, Sandra Lynn Hoffmeister, Gerald Dodd, Danielle Dodd, Darcey Dodd, ten great grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; William A. Dodd, Sr. and a son; Douglas G. Dodd.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at Potomac Baptist Church, 8103 Comorn Road, King George, VA 22485 with Rev. Dennis Newton officiating. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Monday, January 28, 2019 at Storke Funeral Home-Nash & Slaw Chapel, 11089 James Madison Pkwy., King George, VA 22485. Burial will be held at a later date at Potomac Baptist Church.
