Have known Billy since late sixties , have memories of good times hanging out, knew his brother Jake , and members of the Garland family, enjoyed listening to their guitar picking and singing,his nephew Jimmy Hughes was a very good guitar player.I will miss stopping by to visit with him and Joyce . A great friend he was , Rest in peace my friend , hope to see you on the other side

Billy’s wishes were to be cremated and the family will have a private gathering to celebrate his life later.
