Shannon I am really sorry to hear about the passing of your father. I had an office by your dad when it was the ACC. He was always friendly and had something funny to say that would brighten your day. You and your family are in my prayers.

I am so sorry to hear about Cecil's passing. I went to Jr. High School and High School with Cecil. I was able to see him and catch up with him at our high school reunions and enjoyed that very much. Last time I saw Cecil was at one of the Fall Festivals in KG. It was so nice to see him and chat for awhile. He was his usual sweet self. I know all of you miss him so much. My thoughts and prayers are with you. R.I.P. Cecil.

Dear Dale and Shannon, I am so sorry about Cecil. We go back so many years, from riding the bus together to KGHS, riding in a carpool together at Fort A.P. Hill, to working at NSWCDD. All through the years, our paths crossed in Dahlgren, and we would see Dale and Cecil at various restaurants and kept up that way. Cecil was a wonderful person. I never knew anything but good things about him and his wonderful family. May he rest in eternal peace. Cindy

My thoughts and prayers are with Dale, Shannon and the rest of Cecil's family. I've known Cecil and Dale since we all worked at Dahlgren Naval Base. Cecil was one of the 'good guys' - always ready to step up and help someone on the job. He will be missed.

Dear Dale, I was so sorry, and surprised, when I learned of the passing of Cecil. I valued his friendship and got to know him more when he served a term on the credit union board of directors. And the friendship continued through my work with him at the ACC. To you and Shannon, his family and friends I wish my sincerest condolences. I will miss him. Barry
