It was an honor and a privilege to have known Charlie if only for a short while. He was one of those rare individuals who could make you feel welcome with his warm smile and sincere greeting at St Mary of the Annunciation. I enjoyed his willingness to welcome the stranger as he made my wife and I feel like we have known him for years instead of months. I will miss him as I am sure many will. May God Bless his family and comfort them in this time of sorrow.

We are so sorry to hear of Charley's passing. We worked with Charley on many occasions at the food pantry. He was a great person who will be missed. Unfortunately we will not be able to attended the mass but will be thinking of all of his family.

I was so sorry to hear about Charlie. He had such a warm, welcoming smile and lived out his faith daily. I will be out of town for the funeral but will be there in spirit. God’s blessings
