Charles William Hart, 68, of Woodford died Thursday, May 23, 2019 at Memorial Regional Medical Center. Born in Caroline County, he was the son of the late William and Evelyn Hart. He had retired from VDOT. He is survived by his wife, Rachael Hart and an uncle, John and his wife, Nancy. Per his request, he will be cremated. A private memorial service will be held.
