Jon Darryl Jessee, 65, of Spotsylvania died Mon. Mar. 9, 2020 at Bowling Green Health and Rehab. Born in Alexandria, he was the son of the late James Eugene and Arcille Pearl Jessee. He was a truck driver and a motorcycle enthusiast.

Jon loved his family, dogs, motorcycles, and a good time. Often the life of the party, he enjoyed spending time with his friends and telling stories about his adventurous life. Jon lived his life on his own terms and lived it to the absolute fullest. Jon was a devout Southern Baptist with a deep love of the Lord. Jon would often speak with excitement about getting to be with his parents again soon.

He is survived by his wife, Virginia Jessee; two children, Samatha and Charles Jessee; a brother, Joseph Jessee; three grandchildren, Iris Adams, William Lucas Jessee and Cali Nicole Jessee; and two nieces, Dana and Dawn Michelle.

An outdoor memorial service will be held on 3/21/20 at 10am at a private residence 11434 Chesterfield Road, Ruther Glen VA 22546. A light lunch will follow.
