I only found out about Joe's passing yesterday afternoon. It saddened me to the extreme! Joe was a true "mustang" and I consider myself honored & privileged to have gotten to know him. I used to help Joe in supporting his many DEP/DIIAC test events at the Integrated Warfare Systems Lab (IWSL) in Dahlgren, VA and, in doing so, got to know a truly great man! I am sure that he is now with his wife & other members of his family that have also passed, so I can only imagine that he's looking down on us with a big smile on his face! To the surviving family, you have my deepest sympathy and condolences. Joe will always be with us, as long as keep him in our memories. Be well!

I was saddened by the news that we lost Joe. It hit pretty hard because he had been with us for so long at the ACC/IWSL lab in Dahlgren. He was a great guy and will be deeply missed by those of us lucky enough to have worked with him. I hope the family finds comfort in knowing that Joe loved them and was truly proud of them.

Dear Family, I am so sorry to hear about Joe's passing. My fondest memory, was when Joe and I fabricated 6 mini trucks for Heritage Shrine Club. He was one heck of a fabricator, and very dear friend. My thoughts and prayers go out to you. Doug Cameron
