January 25, 1933 - November 6, 2020
Verona Marion, 87, a longtime resident of Colonial Beach, passed away Friday, November 6, 2020, in Fredericksburg.
Born to the late Grover and Willie Jessee, she had worked as a cashier in a pharmacy before her retirement. She enjoyed reading and had a love for animals.
Survivors include her nieces, Peggy Sue Payne and Diane Wall, nephew, Roy Jessee, Jr. and many great nieces and great nephews.
The family would like to thank great-niece Kimberly Cook and all the care givers at Woodmont for all the support given to Verona.
A graveside service will be held 1pm on Wednesday, November 11 at Union Cemetery in Leesburg.
