Joyce Ann Dodson

Joyce Dodson of King George died peacefully on Saturday, March 12, 2022 surrounded by her family.  She was a retired customer services manager for Walmart.  Joyce was a big joker, constantly laughing and making others laugh.  She enjoyed painting, reading and animals.  She is survived by her daughter Kimberly Taylor; her fiancé Preston J. Williams; two grandchildren Justin Valade and Anna Taylor; one brother Raymond Hawkins; step-brother David Hawkins and her devoted friend Diane Smith.  The family will receive friends from 11:30  am until 1:00 pm on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 at Storke Funeral Home, King George.  A graveside service will follow at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Fredericksburg.
