Robert Gray Carter

Robert G. Carter, 76, of Milford died Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at the Bowling Green Health and Rehab. Born in Danville, he was the son of the late Robert L. and Edna Harvell Carter. He was preceded in death by his siblings, Jerry and Walter Carter and a sister, Sallie Newcomb. He had retired from Lewis Tree Company. Survivors include his wife, Ruby Martin Carter; his daughter, Amy Carter; two grandchildren, Brandon and Mark; three great grandchildren, Alaina, Gabe and Able; two step-children, Larry Martin and Beverly Jean “Cricket” Haynie (Billy); three brothers, Tony Carter, Dale Carter (Carol) and Ray Carter (Faye); and two sisters, Kathy Wiles and Hazel Cox. A visitation will be held 10:00-11:00 AM Monday, September 26, 2022 at Storke Funeral Home, Bowling Green with funeral service following at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow at Round Oak Baptist Church, Corbin.
