James Harold Carter

James Harold Carter, 72, of Ruther Glen, died Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at Chippenham Hospital. Jimmy was a US Army veteran and had been a truck driver for a concrete company. He was the son of the late Charles and Lois Carter. Survivors include three sisters, Irene Gray (Monroe), Bonnie LeRoy (Joe) and Pat Taylor; five children, and a special nephew, Hunter “Bo Bo” LeRoy. A private graveside service will be held at Concord Baptist Church at a later date.
