Wilbur F Rawlings, “Billy”, “Bo”

Wilbur F. Rawlings, “Billy”, “Bo”, 74 of Fredericksburg and Colonial Beach passed away peacefully at his residence on Monday, December 26, 2022.  A Vietnam Navy Veteran, he was also a dedicated and faithful volunteer for The Children’s Miracle Network.  In addition to volunteering, he enjoyed photography, fishing, taking in yard sales, eating crabs and “taking a ride”.  Billy is survived by his wife Patricia Rawlings; two children Rachael Rawlings (Wes Teets) and Beau Rawlings; three grandchildren Cameron and Austin Teets and Bam Rawlings; one brother Ronnie “Buck” Rawlings (Ellen); four step-children Douglas Taylor, Melissa Battle, Karen Webb and Lawrence Webb; numerous step-grandchildren including Sadie and Scarlett.  A Graveside service will be held Tuesday, January 3, 2023 at 11:00 am in St. Peter’s Cemetery, Oak Grove.
