Dolores Allen McCann

Dolores Allen McCann, 74 of Richmond passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 22, 2022 at St. Mary’s Hospital. Raised in Caroline County, she retired after a 32-year career in nursing in both Colorado Springs and Richmond. Dolores was a very active member of Bethany Christian Church, serving as an elder and in many other capacities.  Survivors include her husband of 52 years, Edward T. McCann; several cousins, including Frazier Hart Wilson (Michael) and several nieces and nephews. There will be a visitation at the Bowling Green chapel of Storke Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 3rd from 6:00 – 8:00pm. A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 4th at 11:00am at the funeral home.  Burial will follow at County Line Baptist Church, Ruther Glen. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Memorial Fund at Bethany Christian Church 5400 Forest Hill Ave. Richmond VA 23225.
