John Gabriel “Nhoj” Lancto, 60, of Woodford passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 6, 2023. He was born to Richard and Jane Lancto in Southampton, MA. John graduated from Caroline High School. He was Owner of Titan Signs with his brother Chuck for 28 years. John was an inventive and exceptionally talented craftsman. He had an eye for art and the hand to carry it out. John enjoyed hunting, fishing, and camping. He and his beloved Boykin Spaniel, Ginger, were inseparable enjoying the outdoors. John, a loving son, brother, nephew, cousin, uncle, and friend to many, is survived by his mother Jane; brothers Chuck (Shannon), Kevin (Brenda), and Tom (Gail); uncle Craig; aunts Joyce (John) and Linda; cousins Mark, Michelle, and Marie; nephews and nieces Eric, Colleen, Rachael, Nathaniel, Kathleen, Josh, and Jillian; and great nephews and great nieces Madelyn, Maddox, Annabelle, Autumn, and Dennis. He was preceded in death by father Richard; brother Matthew; aunts and uncles Anita, Jack, Chuck, George, Dick, Ginger, Peter, and Bob; and nephew Evan. John was truly a “one of a kind” individual. He had a unique sense of humor and a gift for giving nicknames. His impact will be felt and forever remembered by his family and friends that loved him dearly.
