Joseph W. Atkins, 75 of Colonial Beach, passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2024 in Mary Washington Hospital. Born in Pulaski, he had retired after over 40 years at NSWC Dahlgren. Survivors include his sons, Dan Atkins and Bill Atkins; five grandchildren and his furry friend, Rudy.
