Elisa Rodriguez, 84 of Lake Caroline, in Ruther Glen, passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at her home. Born in Yabucoa, Puerto Rico, she was a devout Roman Catholic who dedicated her life to her husband, daughters, son in law, and grandsons. Elisa was a giving person and a wise sage to her family and friends. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Jose Celso Rodriguez; two daughters, Milagros Rodriguez and Janice Stankevich, son in law, Raymond Stankevich, and four grandchildren, Jose, Alejandro, Gavin and Colin.
