The family will receive friends at Shiloh Baptist Church, in King George, on Monday, July 15, 2024, from 11 am to noon with a funeral service at 12noon.

A burial will immediately follow in the church cemetery.

Marjorie L. Bowler-Schaeffer, 85, of Woodbridge, VA went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday, July 9, 2024.

She is survived by her sons, Gary Bowler (Rita) of Colonial Beach and Randal Bowler (wife Yvonne Bowler) of Front Royal; daughter-in-law Tracey Bowler (Shawn) of Woodbridge; 6 grandchildren and 6 great­grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Bowler and James Schaeffer; son, Michael Bowler Sr.; daughters, Cynthia Bowler-Zoromski and Melinda Bowler-Gleason; her parents Lewis and Frances Morgan; and brother Thomas Morgan.

She enjoyed flowers, gardening, and being by the water.
