It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Cody Allen Miller, 26, of Colonial Beach, on Oct 6, 2024. Cody’s kind and loving soul touched the lives of all who knew him. Born with a bright spirit, Cody was a beacon of light in the lives of his family and friends. His presence could transform any room, bringing joy and laughter wherever he went. Cody’s charismatic and charming personality made him the life of every party. His humor and quick wit ensured that those around him were always smiling. Beyond his handsome face, Cody had a beautiful, generous soul that radiated warmth and kindness. Family was everything to Cody. He cherished the time spent with his loved ones, and they will forever hold in their hearts the memories of his infectious laughter, his loving heart, and his ability to make the world a brighter place. Cody was a light in the darkness, and though he is no longer with us, his spirit will continue to shine brightly in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. Cody is preceded in death by his grandfather, Paul Miller, and grandparents, Ed & Raye Sclater, uncle, Chris Miller. Cody is survived by his parents, Alicia Warner (Robert) and Bryan Miller (Monica); siblings, Brittany Miller, Josh Miller, Haylee Miller, Logan Knight, and Cheyanne Knight; grandmother, Phyllis Miller; nephew, Maverick; aunts, Sherry Sclater and Liz Cumberland (Willie); uncle, Mark Miller (Joanne); cousins, Zachary, Tyler, Ralph, Alexus, and Jayden; and godmother, Tanya Featherstun.
