Todd E. Webb

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Todd Elmo Webb, 62, of King George.  Todd passed away on Thursday, January 9, 2025.

He was born on January 4, 1963 in Arlington, Massachuestts to Raymond A. Webb and Sylvia Henderson Webb, but spent his youth growing up in Northern Virginia.  He married and built a wonderful life with his wife of 28 years, Carla (Rosser) Webb with whom he shares 5 children and 7 grandchildren.

Todd was a remarkable Insurance Agent who co-founded Olde Towne Insurance Agency and had served the Colonial Beach community for more than 35 years.  He was known for his kindness and generosity, always putting his family and friends first.  Todd was a member and past president of the Colonial Beach Chamber of Commerce and King George Ruritan Club. Todd took great pride in being able to serve and help his community.

Anyone who knew Todd, or had a conversation with him, no matter the topic, could expect a story.  He could always find something to fit the occasion and rarely met a stranger.  In his spare time, he was an avid Harley Davidson and car enthusiast. As a devoted father, he cherished his children and grandchildren.  He was a constant source of love and support for them all.

Todd had a loving and supportive spirit that touched the hearts of many.  He will be forever remembered as a devoted father and husband, a caring friend, and an intelligent, fun-loving human being.  His legacy of friendship, joy, and generosity will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.

Remaining to cherish Todd’s memory is his beloved wife Carla Webb; children Kate Walter, Colton Smith, Jamie Smith Dickerson (Michael), Kendell Webb Mitcheltree (Nickolas), Kylie Webb Dotson (Lawrence); grandchildren Kaidon, Ava, Hunter, Michael, Braelyn, Delainey, Grace; mother, Sylvia Webb; siblings Mark Webb (Robin), Beth Webb, Lynn Cox (Dave); nieces and nephews Raymond Webb (Megan), Cortney Webb Haddock (Ryan), Nicole Grice, Stephanie Grice, Alex Cox, Samantha Hamel and Max Hamel.

He was predeceased by his father, Raymond A. Webb.

The family will receive friends Friday, January 24 from 4p-7p at Storke Funeral Home, King George Chapel.  On Saturday, January 25 the family will have a second visitation from 12p-2p followed by a Celebration of Life at 2pm.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Todd’s favorite charities; Ronald McDonald House, Children’s National Hospital in Washington, DC, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital or the Wounded Warrior Foundation.
