A true American Winner Leader Warrior
Overflowing with contagious abundance of love for his soldiers, his mission, his wife, his children, his faith and his country. He wore his heart on his sleeves. He showed his heart in his eyes and smiles. From the farm in Minnesota to the Battlefields he fought led and trained. He was loved and beloved from his peers to his soldiers. All positive energy, All positive leadership, All positive vision. Steadfast and Dedicated leader, Exemplified Courage, Loyalty, and Unwavering Commitment. We respected, we admired him, we wanted to be around his glow. He played a role in the development of IAMD in advancing our Nation’s Missile Defense Capabilities. His leadership, His battle buddies, His soldiers have left an indelible mark on our Nations Security, Europe’s Security, Korea’s Security and Middle East Security.
His journey in the U.S. Army began in 1982. Rising from an enlisted soldier to a platoon leader in the 61st ADA Regiment in Korea He Joined the 32nd Army Air Defense Command leading the 6th ADA Brigade at Fort Bliss Texas and Fort Sill Oklahoma. He served as the Commandant of the U.S. Army Air Defense Artillery School. He served as the Commanding General of the 32nd Army Air and Missile Defense Command at Fort Bliss from 2013 to 2015.
