Ruth Elliott Turner

Ruth Elliott Turner, 87, of Richmond passed away peacefully on Wednesday, February 5, 2025.  She was preceded in death by her parents Lewis and Mabel Farmer Elliott of Caroline County, her grandson Blake Turner and her sister and brother in law Joan and Carlyle Gardner.  She is survived by her husband, George C. Turner, Jr.; her son T. Alan Turner of Maryville, TN; her grandchildren Ryan and T. J. Turner and her nephews Michael, John, Robert and Scott Gardner.  Funeral services will be private.
