Kenneth Paul Arcand, 59, of Woodbridge, Va., passed away at his home on March 13, 2025. Born abroad in Paris, France, on November 13, 1965, to Paul Eugene Arcand and Donna Pelosi Lumsden, he lived the life of a US Diplomat’s child, traveling to foreign countries, until moving back to United States in 1975. He continued his journey by enlisting in the US Navy in 1984, and served for three years, assigned to an aircraft carrier, traveling the world once again. After the Navy, Ken took up the locksmithing trade and became a master locksmith, working for agencies such as the DC Department of Corrections/Lorton and NASA HQ in Washington DC, as well as several locksmith companies in Northern Virginia. He is survived by his wife, Mary Lee Arcand, of King George, Va., his daughters, Nichole Browning (David), of Madison, WI, and Amanda Fulmore of King George, two grandchildren, Jayden Fulmore and Alyana Fulmore, both of King George, mother, Donna Pelosi Lumsden of Portola, CA, along with one nephew and four nieces. He was preceded in death by his father, Paul Eugene Arcand, his sister, Michele Arcand, and his brother, John Joseph Arcand, There will be no service, per his wishes.
