Neal Edward Fulton, 75, of Colonial Beach, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on April 15, 2025. Born in Pennsylvania, Neal proudly served in the US Army from 1968 to 1971, stationed in Korea and Germany. An electrician by trade, Neal eventually founded Fulton Electric, faithfully servicing his local Pennsylvania community for many years. He had a passion for fishing and loved riding Harley Davidson motorcycles alongside his brothers. Neal was known for his authenticity, easy going spirit, and warm, friendly nature. Above all, he deeply cherished his wife and kids. Neal was preceded in death by his parents, Mary & Warren “Skee” Fulton; brothers, Jay Windfelder, Warren “Skee” Fulton, Jr., Donald Fulton, Richard Fulton, and William Fulton; and sister, Sharon Fulton. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Leslie Fulton; sons, Mark Fulton (Jackie), Mike Fulton, David Fulton (Maria Di Lucente), and Jacob Fulton (Marin); granddaughter, Penny Fulton; brother, Frank Fulton; sisters, Marylou Strawbridge (Burdell), Anne Voltz, and Judy Wagner (Steve); as well as numerous nieces and nephews; and his beloved rescue dog, Ruby.
