Ruby Martin Carter

Ruby Martin Carter, 94, was born August 29, 1930. Ruby was predeceased in death by her husband and love of her life, Robert Carter. Ruby was the daughter of Morrie and Lonnie Martin of Woodford. Ruby was one of 14 siblings. She is survived by her son, Larry Martin, her daughter, Beverly Jean “Cricket” Haynie (Billy) and her sister Alma Collawn. Ruby enjoyed spending time with friends and family. She loved little children, drinking Dr. Pepper and had a sweet tooth especially for hard candy. A visitation will be held from 11:00-12:00 Monday, May 12th at Storke Funeral Home, Bowling Green with funeral service following at noon. Burial will follow at Round Oak Baptist Church.
