Gary Lynn Payne

Gary Lynn Payne, 69, of Milford passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2020 at Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center from complications of the Covid-19 virus. Born In Tazewell,Virginia he was a lifelong resident of Caroline County. Gary served in the Army and the National Guard. He was an assistant manager at Georgia Pacific for 30 plus years. He was a hard worker, dedicated father and devoted grandfather. He was proceeded in death by his father, George Payne and his mother, Bertha Payne. His survivors include his daughter, Tara L Payne; his son, M. Adam Payne; the mother of his children and lifelong friend, Ann Mccrummen; his grandchildren Adam Payne Jr, Paisley Johnson and Carter Payne; his brothers, George Lyttle, Mack Payne; his sister Linda  Gilliand several nieces, nephews and other beloved  family and friends. He was a great man and extraordinary father and will be greatly missed by his family. A private graveside service will be held at Greenlawn Cemetery Saturday, May 2^nd at 11:00am.
