Evelyn A. Armstrong

Evelyn A. Armstrong, 78, of Fredericksburg passed away Saturday, September 26, 2020 in Bowling Green Health and Rehab. Born in Fredericksburg, she was the daughter of the late Benjamin Thomas and Alson Wenrich Harding and the widow of Dwight Armstrong. Survivors include her daughter, Melissa Armstrong and her two brothers, Charles and Raymond Harding.
