Theresa A. Thacker, 63, of Ruther Glen passed away Monday, November 16, 2020 at her home. Survivors include her husband, Ed Thacker; her son, Rick Lockett; her daughter, Jessica Dibiasi; her sister, Ronnie Frazier; her brothers, Ed and Ralph Remmell and one grandson.
