Kell Hoovler, 69, of Stafford, passed away on Divine Mercy Sunday, April 11, 2021 in Stafford, Virginia after an unexpected illness. Kell Robert Hoovler was born with a song in his spirit. In the heart of the Hoovler family, Kell was raised to be a man of conviction and integrity. To all who knew him, he was a sturdy oak of a man, ready to extend an open hand and a willing heart to family and friends. He and his most beloved wife, Rosary, loved making music together and with their band, Reck-n-Crew, where he was the lead guitarist. His band mates were like a second family to him. Rosie and Kell also worked side by side owning and operating medical clinics in Stafford and Colonial Beach. Kell was the Papa that built the swing set, the go-cart race track in the field and every fun thing. He treasured his children and grandchildren. Among his survivors are his loving wife, Rosary Reck Hoovler; mother, Marian Romdahl Hoovler; children – Kell Hoovler, Jr., Chris Hoovler, Natalie Van Hoven, Anthony Reck and Kathleen Mathews; grandchildren – Julia, Christopher, Peyton, Preston, Piper, Eliza, Chase, Chance, Channing, Nicholas, Isaac, Kyle, Dean, Henry and Josie; two brothers, William Hoovler and Gary Hoovler; two sisters, Bonnie Fleming and Cheryl Hoovler and many other relatives and friends.
