Naomi Frances Lumpkin, 68, of King George County died Saturday, April 24, 2021, at Heritage Hall Nursing Home in King George. She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, Wilbur Lumpkin. A native of the Eastern Shore of Va., Naomi worked for Mt. Rose Pickle Factory in King George. She leaves behind one sister, Helen Hart of Exmore, Va., and one brother, Jefferson Davis Waller. | |
