Dorothy Lynn Martin

Dorothy Lynn Martin, 45, of Ruther Glen, passed away Friday, July 2, 2021 at her residence.

Born in Richmond, VA, Dorothy worked in security for the Property Owners’ Association of Lake Caroline. In her leisure time she enjoyed fishing, going to the beach and working in her flower gardens.

She is survived by her loving husband of 16 years, Dwayne Martin; one son, D.J Martin; two step-daughters Brandy and Kayla Martin; her dad Ronnie Shelton; aunt Donna and niece Trinity.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her mother Kathryn Griffith; her sister Melody Shelton; and her step-father Wayne Griffith.

The family plans a celebration of life at a later date.
