Polly Skinner

Pauline “Polly” Whittaker Skinner, 88, of Woodford, died Monday, October 11, 2021, She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest Joseph Skinner, Jr., and a grandson, Brandon Skinner. She was a lifetime member of Ladysmith Baptist Church and had retired from Rappahannock Electric Co-op. She is survived by her son, Mike Skinner (Betty Ann); a daughter, Tina Carter (Wayne); three grandchildren, Lindsey Harvey (Jay), Matthew Carter (Angela) and Steven Carter; and four great-grandchildren, Eliza Harvey, Ella Skinner, Nicholas Harvey and Walker Harvey; a brother, A. D. Whittaker (Jean) and a sister, Patty Ketner. A graveside service will be held 2 pm Friday, October 15, 2021 at Greenlawn Cemetery.
