Billy Parnell

Billy Parnell, 29, of Partlow, VA gained his wings on November 2, 2021. His true passions were spending time at the race track, building model cars, watching TV with his daughter and spending time in the woods hunting with his son. He also loved spending time with his family, cooking on the grill and coming up with new recipes to cook. Billy was a true friend to many and a dedicated fiancee, father, brother and son. Billy is survived by his fiancée, Amanda Cannon; 2 children, Hailey Parnell and Jojo Pascuzzi;.his 2 siblings, Wayne and Roxanne Parnell; his parents, Sandra and Willie Parnell; 2 nieces, Anyah and Nevaeh; a nephew Kyree and many more family. A visitation will be held from 2-4pm on Tuesday, November 9th 2021 at Storke Funeral Home in Bowling Green. The family will also be having a Celebration of Life at 6 pm at their home.
