Judy is a lifelong resident of Caroline, the widow Arthur Witmeyer and the mother of one son, Michael. She graduated from business school and worked in the legal field for 35 years. She is a member of Bowling Green United Methodist Church, where she serves as Treasurer. She previously served her church as Lay Leader, Sunday School Teacher, Youth Director, Director of Education, and a member of the Staff Parrish Committee. She is currently on staff at Bowling Green Baptist Church as the church secretary.
