Charlie, while I only got to enjoy your personal company a few times, I was privileged to hear about what an adventuresome and lovely-hearted person you were from your mother in law, who loved you like her own daughter. I got to hear about the trips, the dinners, the shopping, the zoo focus and the love of animals in every setting! I so enjoyed feeling the sense of love of family that I heard you perpetuated. Every family has that one special person who ensures that family members take care of one another, play hard, and enjoy every minute together. You were that special person. Now … you are the Angel who watches down on your entire family. How wonderful they got to enjoy your unique insight into living life to its fullest.

Charlie, I only met you a handful of times but each time you made an impact. You were always the most bubbly one in the room and you made me feel welcome at every event. You will truly be missed.

Sweet Charlie – we are so blessed to have been a part of your life. You brought grace and spirit to all you came into contact with. In your time cut so tragically short here on Earth the lives you have changed, the smiles and laughter you imparted on all fortunate enough to know you, your kindness to all both human and animal, the love of family, all of these things reflect your kind soul and positivity. We will miss you more than words can say Charlie. Rest in peace Sweetheart.

You left us unexpectedly, and left a small dark spot where your light used to be. I hope you are standing next to your grandpas looking down on us knowing you were loved.
