Homer and I were saddened to learn of Bobby’s passing. We recalled wonderful memories of growing up together and having such wonderful next door neighbors. We are sending our love and condolences to the family. May he rest in peace. Harriet and Homer (Spencer)

I’m so sorry to read about Bobby’s passing I’m sure he is in Heaven building roads and playing golf. Bobby and I worked together sometimes at VDOT until I retired in 2009. Bobby was great person to work with and was very knowledgeable. God has a plan we just don’t know yet what His plan is. May God’s Grace and Blessings be with your family and give you Peace.

Dear Darwin and Tana, Every time I went to the ABC store I gave myself an extra 30 minutes just to hang out with Bream. I loved his humor and his no nonsense outlook on life. May God be with both of you as his homecoming is celebrated in Heaven. Bream will be missed by many! Lynn Jordan
