To the entire Barnes family – I want you to know I’ll always remember your mom as a lovely, generous, kind, and endearing soul. She welcomed me so freely into your large family – for celebrations, special occasions, and just plain old family fun – so many years ago, when Mary and I were in high school together. I’ll always remember her cheerful giggle and sunny outlook on life. How blessed you all are to have had such an extraordinary mom. Visitation & Funeral Service Information
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Saturday, May 7, at 11a.m., at St. Mary of the Annunciation Catholic Church, Ladysmith, Va., with a reception to follow in the church narthex. The family will also receive friends at the church one hour prior to the Mass.
