Wild Bill…That’s our Bill. WB or Wild Bill. At THE Ohio State or with us at Jamination. The friendliest fellow you could know. Unbelievable. They must need more love, friends and Buckeye fans in Heaven because I can’t think of any other reason for someone like Bill to be taken so soon. Surely Wild Bill was met with Chimes and Carmen Ohio as he crossed over and stepped onto the streets of gold. Wild Bill is used to gold…gold pants. Well my friend Rest In Peace…God Bless you and your family who misses you more than one can imagine. O-H brother…. I know you are answering …louder than ever.

We are shocked and deeply saddened by the untimely passing of our friend “Wild Bill,” as he was affectionately known. As a fellow Prowler car owner we met Bill when we joined the East Coast Posse. Meeting Bill at numerous functions, we found him always upbeat, extremely generous with his time, and willing to help others, no matter the task. While he was a gifted artist that everyone admired, it was Bill’s warmth, sincerity and helpful spirit that especially drew people to him. We’ll miss “Wild Bill” immensely and he won’t be forgotten, especially within the Prowler community. It just won’t be the same without our pal Bill.

We’re overwhelmed and our hearts are broken at Billy‘s passing. He is such a wonderful person and we know that he made a difference in this life with his kindness. Praying for you and your family and just hoping you know that we’re here if you need anything. Love the Frank family

One of the best I have ever met. Always there to help anyone in need. Taken far too young. The world is a lesser place without you in it Bill. Rest In Peace my friend.

We ask ourselves why God would take such a wonderful, kind hearted, sweet, giving man so soon when we need more people like him here on earth. Our hearts are broken. Our deepest sympathy go out to his Mom, Dad, sister, nephews, family, and many friends. Bill, I will miss all your goofy texts and your big bear hugs. Love you ???????
