My heart breaks for Paul’s family, but my heart rejoices knowing he is in the presence of our Lord and Savior Jesus. I told Paul he was my Christmas Angel, for he literally healed my sciatica, after four years of pain. Whenever he worked on me he would get his trusty ‘Bible’ out and show me my problem locations, and he worked and I would try not to smack him when it hurt! ? We laughed a lot together. Paul always had one of my favorite CD’s ready to start when I arrived. He was very thoughtful and I know he was the same with everyone. I will always remember Paul as a kind, caring, strong, faithful, humble and loving man. May you all find comfort and peace, knowing your Paul is right where we all hope to be when we transition to our forever home. Mimi

My deepest condolences to Paul Lysher’s family & friends. I only truly knew him during our senior year in high school, as I moved away from the area shortly thereafter. But even at the beginning of his adult life he possessed a presence of a true gentleman & caring for others. May he rest in peace & with the grace of God be with his friends & family who are already in heaven.

Mary and family, I’m sending my deepest sympathy to you and hoping you will think of Paul and smile. I had infrequent encounters with Paul, but every one was kind and personal…he always remembered me. I remember better days when we were young. So very sorry for your loss. Carol Mauro

Paul was so gentle and kind! He truly showed compassion with his patients and you always left both relieved of pain and uplifted in spirit. He loved his community, shared his faith freely, and inspired us by his determination to overcome his own struggles. He will be remembered as a Dahlgren hero. Praying for all members of the beautiful Lysher family.

We are so very sorry Paul left us so early. He was hands down the best physical therapist around and a wonderful, gentle person. We are blessed to have had him in our lives. May he rest in eternal peace and his family comforted. Sincerely, Cindy and Luke Miller

Mary, I was so very saddened to read Paul’s obituary this morning. I knew he had many talents but was not aware of the far-reaching extent of his knowledge, travels, and outreach to others. He will certainly be missed. He helped me so may times through the years with the various aches and pains I had. My prayers are with you, Kolbe and your family. With fondness, Cindy Rothell
