My heart is so very sad to hear of Winks passing. We were first cousins and dear friends. He knew everyone and never met a stranger. His family was his world. My sincere thoughts and prayers go out to Martha, his children and grandchildren. God bless all of you. Love, Helen Ann

Our sincerest sympathies are sent to Martha and the family. Winks was a true treasure – we loved taking him to the Washington Capitals games where he became an ardent fan. He was one of the kindest men we ever met – once you met him you never forgot him. He will be truly missed. Bill & Joan Farley
