My heart is so heavy for Tom, Kathy, Ricky, Mark & the entire Family of Bernice. Nanny had a huge heart. She was Sweet, Sincere and full of Spunk. I don’t know how she remembered so many Birthdays and other Special Dates. Evan in the last few years she had Tom driving her All over to deliver cards. & goody gifts.Nanny & I both Loved the Fun of “A Lotto Scratcher”. We will remember the fun and good times. She was Nanny to us All. We miss you already Nanny and can Never forget your smile and loving Heart. GOD gave Nanny her Angel Wings and will take Good Care of her. Love you Nanny.

Ken, Ricky, Benny and all families, I am so very sorry for your loss. Ken and Bernice came to visit mom&dad during times when I was there caring for them. Bernice was so thoughtful of my mother, FrancesRaines. She called her for a long time, came to visit her when mom had shut down, handcrafted beautiful gifts for mom, sent dad & mom cards, and the list goes on and on. I have so many beautiful memories of Bernice. She never ever forgot my mother. Mom loved Bernice and always looked forward to the visits, cards or calls. Mom knew all the family members by name from Annie Mae, children, grandchildren……she mentioned all your FAMILIES many many times. Mom went to Massaponax Baptist Church with each of you for a lot of years. With deepest sympathy.
