Chief McCann, I am sending my thoughts and prayers to you. So sorry for the loss of your beautiful wife. Linda Grubb (Johnny) ,my cousin, had asked me a long time ago if I knew any Allen’s from Caroline. I told her I did as I grew up in Caroline and still call it home. She told me they went to church with Delores and Ed McCann! I told her I knew you from working in the Public Affairs Office at Bellwood. I said what a small world. Dolores and I grew up together in my basement. Every Saturday night we would pluck out songs on the piano and sing together for our parents…not at their request! We enjoyed getting together. I remembered the year of the ouigi board and she swore ‘her hands were being moved with a Message! I was in her wedding and those were good days. While life took us in different directions, these thoughts and memories are still vivid. Ed, prayers are with you as you make some changes in 2023. Love, Gay (Houston) Weston
