Dear Koepfinger, Family, Our family was so sorry to read of Anne’s passing on March 15, 2023. My son went through the King George County System and was in the Special Education program for many years. Anne was so instrumental in writing IEP’s to benefit him and get the best services possible in speech, classes and many other ways. There was almost nothing impossible when Anne “went to town” to help my son out. She was a wonderful resource to help our family help not only in school, but in the community. Our son graduated with his high school diploma and is currently a student at NOVA. Fly high Anne with the angels, you have earned your wings!!
