His family and friends will celebrate his life on Saturday, May 20, 2023, at Dahlgren United Methodist Church in Dahlgren, Virginia, at 1 p.m.
The burial will take place immediately following at Historyland Memorial Park in King George, VA.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the building fund at Jim’s church: Thrive Christian Fellowship, P.O. Box 210, King George, VA, 22485.
