Jean, I will miss you. I’ll always remember how nice you were towards me during gathers and the Christmas cards you sent me every year. I’ll remember how you were a very strong woman who endured much but always remained positive and had a smile. It was a blessing to know you and I look forward to meeting you again in glory!
Visitation & Funeral Service Information
The family will receive friends from 6pm-8pm on Thursday, June 1, 2023 at Storke Funeral Home, King George (11089 James Madison Parkway, King George, VA 22485). A celebration of life will be held from 12 noon to 3pm on Saturday, June 3, 2023 at Jean’s residence (13225 Salem Church Road, King George, VA 22485). A eulogy will be given at 1pm, standing amidst the flower garden where she lovingly nurtured the beauty and fragrance of her flowers.
Jean held a special place in her heart for St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests considering a donation to St. Jude’s (stjude.org/donate).
