It breaks my heart to learn that our dear Nancy Rose is gone, but I am confident she is with the saints smiling and blessing all our hearts here below. I will never forget our happy times together. Always an inspiration and a joy. On behalf of my Warren sisters, I am singing a song and sending our sincere condolences and prayers go out to all the beautiful Payne family and the grandchildren she loved so much.

Visitation & Funeral Service Information
A memorial service is scheduled on Saturday July 15, 2023 at 11am located at the Storke Funeral Home King George chapel. Interment of ashes to follow at Payne family cemetery.
The family also asks in lieu of flowers donations be made to Chesapeake Hospice (https://www.hospicechesapeake.org/giving/donate-now/).
The family also invites guest to Roma pizzeria after the servicefor fellowship and a meal .
