My deepest sympathies to your family, James will be deeply missed across the globe. Forever he will live on as one of the most exceptional people I have had the pleasure of knowing. I will always remember his beautiful soul, quick wit and miss the intelligent conversations. It has been an honour to have been able to call him my friend for the last 10 years, I miss you Jim. May his memory live on, always.

Services will be held Wednesday, October 11, 10:00am, Arlington National Cemetery.
We hope you will join the family in celebrating his life, October 11, 4:00pm – 9:00pm at our home in South Riding, VA.
